Reaching the people behind Lite Magazines: the address, the turnaround, and the line between what we can and cannot help with.

Getting hold of Lite Magazines takes one email and no forms. This page covers where to write, what to put in the message, how long an answer usually takes, and the handful of requests about how-tos and everyday know-how that we are not able to help with.

A single address, deliberately. Splitting it into support and sales and press inboxes would just mean three places for a message to get lost.

Corrections and complaints

Quote the line you think is wrong and say what it should say instead. That is enough. The editorial policy sets out what happens next, including when a correction gets a visible note.

Before you send it

Tell us exactly what you are after and you will hear back sooner. Broad messages sit longer only because they take more unpicking.

  1. Say what you need in the first two sentences. Background afterwards.
  2. Give the exact page address if your message is about something we published, plus what you expected to read and what you found instead.
  3. Add the browser and device if something looks broken, and a screenshot if you have one.

Response times

Answers come by email, generally within two working days, and only by email. The missing phone line is a choice, not a gap we forgot to fill.

Where we have to say no

Some requests we simply cannot take. Chasing a company on your behalf, fixing an account we never issued, or ruling on a situation only you can see all fall outside what a publisher does. Lite Magazines covers how-tos and everyday know-how in general, and the legal notice marks the boundary.

Working with us

Same address, with partnership in the subject so it surfaces. The editorial policy spells out our line on paid links, and reading it first tends to answer the question you were going to ask.

Who answers

The person who replies is one of the named writers, not a support agent reading from a script. That is slower at busy times and better every other way.
